For nearly 20 years, I held senior marketing and brand leadership roles at PepsiCo, LVMH and Goldman Sachs — building CPG, luxury and financial services brands that millions of people loved and leading cross-functional teams of 30+ across some of the most competitive, high-stakes, and creative environments in business. I was responsible for the vision and performance of award-winning teams, and for developing the exceptional talent behind them.
But the work I'm most proud of was never the campaigns. It was the people: the leaders I developed, teams I built, moments when someone I mentored found their footing and took off. The evolution from brand builder, to people leader, to coach is a natural one. I understand leadership dynamics and challenges from the inside, not as an outside observer. I've succeeded inside top institutions while navigating the demands of being a mother of young children. At the height of my career - serving as Global Vice President of a CPG brand - I made the deliberate choice to pause and to ask myself what success means for who I've become.
The answer led me here. I now bring nearly two decades of lived professional experience, paired with rigorous Co-Active training and ICF certification, to help high-achieving people get honest about what they want - and build toward it with clarity, courage and intention.
